“I was starting to get bored with my workouts at the gym and my weight loss had stopped so I decided to try a group personal training session for something different. Although a little apprehensive that the class would be too difficult and I wouldn’t be able to keep up with younger, more fit members, I was happy to discover that there was a mix of ages and physical abilities. The class was hard but the trainers were so encouraging that I surprised myself with how much I could do.
