“I was very very excited to start the first day of the 21 day tummy and tush program! It sounded very motivational and the tummy area is definitely always a struggle for me! On top of the group trainings that I do three times a week I wanted to push myself more. I fell in love with the program on the first day when I received my very own personal packet with the workouts I would be doing with my trainer, as well as the cardio workouts. The 21 day check list allowed me to stay on track of the whole program. I am a very visual learner, which also is needed for my motivation. I put check marks and dates for when I completed each work out! The cardio workouts left my legs feeling numb and that is my favorite feeling! I would totally recommend the program to anyone I see. The extra cardio and the tummy and tush workouts definitely led me to results for summer. I could definitely see a change in my body!”
