2013 Results Are Earned Challenge Winner

I used to run nearly every day, but the excess weight I was carrying and the constant pounding of daily running was taking a toll on my knees. I joined Fusion to use the cardio equipment to add some variety to my routine and take some stress of my knees. I really like the atmosphere at Fusion and found myself wanting to take advantage of some of the classes they had to offer. I started taking FIT classes twice a week with Leigh Anne and liked the results I was beginning to get. I added personal training twice a week with Nic and between the weight training and his diet tips, I’ve been able to lose about 35 pounds and keep it off. Nic and the staff at Fusion has provided me with guidance to get the results I wanted and variety to help me motivated and keep me on track. I still run on the weekends; as a bonus, the training has improved my running and helped reduce my knee pain!
