2013 Results Are Earned Challenge Winner

I’ve always enjoyed walking. I would get up and walk up to six miles several times per week, but that did not give me the results I was hoping for. I wanted to strengthen my bones, improve my balance, flexibility, lose a few pounds, and lower my cholesterol per my doctor’s orders. So I decided to try weight training. I did this on my own for a while, but it didn’t take me long to realize I didn’t know what the heck I was doing! I was still seeing very little results, probably because I rested too much (I didn’t want to hurt myself, seriously), and I never really worked up a sweat. Finally I admitted to myself “This just isn’t working for me. Ok, now it is time for Plan B…hire a Personal Trainer!” It has been the best decision I’ve ever made concerning my health. Oh the benefits! My personal trainer, Leigh Anne, designed a program to meet my specific goals. My workouts are much more effective, I am finally getting the results I so desired in a safe and realistic amount of time! Not only have I reached my stated goals, but my body is stronger, fitter and more toned. My doctors and family are very happy with the outcome. I have so much energy, I absolutely enjoy my workouts!
